Overview

To increase TEI’s membership and promote two new membership categories, YGS Association Solutions—in its second membership campaign for the Institute—developed a strategic theme and marketing materials, including a comprehensive suite of branded communications focused on the TEI’s core benefits.

Challenge

While TEI was looking to increase its general membership, it was also looking to showcase its two new student and associate membership categories. To drive its overall mission, the Institute needed a campaign theme, plan, messaging platform, and communications materials that could be used not only for recruitment for all member categories, but also to highlight TEI’s core professional development benefits—education, networking, and growth—at an upcoming Institute conference.

Results

We once again delivered a strong strategic campaign for TEI, including a theme—“Real. Opportunties.”—comprehensive plan and messaging platform, and marketing materials to attract new full members, as well as new student and associate members. Touting networking, education, and growth, we fully developed an informative landing page and designed, wrote, and printed communications, including membership welcome postcards, pocket folders, brochures, and large-format pop-up banners. Since its launch, the campaign has garnered increased membership across all three membership categories and continues to effectively serve TEI’s recruitment efforts.
