Prioritizing Sponsorships and Non-Dues Revenue

NACAC sought a new sponsorship program to support its 40-plus seasonal nationwide college fairs. The YGS Association Solutions events team collaborated with NACAC to deliver a new successful sponsorship package.

Challenge

NACAC sought a new sponsorship program to support its more than 40 seasonal nationwide college fairs.

Solutions

The events team at YGS collaborated with NACAC’s event managers and director of sales and marketing to create a new multi-platform sponsorship package. The package encourages sponsorships and spans multiple events, combining digital and in-person event exposure to the students and parents in attendance.

After its inaugural year of implementation (2023), contracted sales for the 2024 college fair season is pacing 72% ahead of 2023 sales and reached 70% of the annual 2024 goal prior to completing the spring 2024 season.

We view YGS Association Solutions as an extension of our organization in several ways. They have greatly expanded our sales and fulfillment efforts while working closely with our staff to ensure their efforts align with our mission, vision, and organizational goals.
